I have been a pagan for sixteen years, and a Witch and Wicca for seven years. I grew up a Baptist, went to church and read the bible three times over, and yet I was not happy. I felt I had to prove my self to a higher power to be accepted ... to be a good little girl and follow what the entire bible dictated. I felt strangled and confined, while at the same time not realizing that I was being drawn.
During the years of being a pagan, I developed an interest in meditations and started collecting books on the subject. One day eight years ago I purchased a book containing meditations and witchcraft. I read the book and found it filled with common sense, which caught my attention. I then questioned what witchcraft was really about as compared to what I had been taught. Up until sixteen years ago, I only knew what a witch was from the movies and from the bible. What an eye opener. Reading on witchcraft, I felt someone calling to me to come, beckoning for me to read more. I read on.
I met High Priestess Lilith through the web site and joined the coven. I received my first degree in October 2004 and each following years I received 2nd and 3rd degree. In October 2007 I was Ordained as a Coven of the Whispering Spirits High Priestess by Lady Lilith.
My Goals are simple. I take it day-by-day and sometimes moment-to-moment. I am always learning something new or relearning something old. My goal is to explore my existence and if any one wants to learn from me, then I am willing.
My beliefs: I am a Pagan, and a Witch. I believe in a universal force that we are all connected to and yet we are one entity. I believe the universal force is also the God and Goddess that guides my life and those around me and we are forever entwine, and the belief of being separate is an illusion. I seek to better my self in spirit and grow as an individual. I agree life is short, but I feel that my life is but a page-fragment in my entire existence.
